So you want to get that body of your dreams and want to be healthier overall. These can be achieved by incorporating fitness in your daily routine. However, I too know doing this and being consistent with it is not easy.
Before we start on our journey we have to first understand that fitness is a lifestyle and mentality change and not just a decision that can be made and achieved on a whim. The process takes dedication and endless will to stave off the desire to fall off the fitness wagon.
